◆Cancellation Policy◆
If you cancel your reservation on the day, the following cancellation fees will be charged:
【Course reservation】 100% of course fee (per person) will be charged from 0 o'clock on the day of coming to the store.
[If you book a single item all-you-can-drink or a seat only reservation] From midnight on the day of your visit, a fee of 1,000 yen (per person) will be charged.
*Cancellation of reservations for less than 10 people: 50% the day before the course, 100% on the day
*Cancellations for reservations of 10 or more people: 30% cancellation fee if cancelled 10 to 7 days in advance.Cancellations between 6 and 3 days in advance will incur a 50% cancellation fee, cancellations on the day before will incur a 70% cancellation fee, and cancellations on the day of the event will incur a 100% cancellation fee.
*If there is a significant decrease in the number of people, a separate cancellation fee may be charged, so please be sure to contact us by phone.
